Each ROTOWrapper™ wrapping machine is designed for easy-to-use long-term performance, and to be easy to install and easy to service, which are all major keys to ROTOWrapper’s success.

It helps that ROTOWrapper™ stretch pallet wrappers replace shrink wrap machines and banding, using 1/10 the materials and energy. Pallet shrink wrapping is dead.

One ROTOWrapper™ wrapping machine features a ROTOSTRETCH powered prestretch film-delivery system, one an adjustable friction film brake.

ROTOWrapper™ stretch wrappers are simple to install and use. Unwrap the machine; stand-up the film tower; plug it into a wall outlet (standard 15 amp.); put on a roll of stretch film; place a load to be wrapped on the turntable; tuck the end of the film into the load; begin wrapping (Push the " Start" button on semi-automatic stretchwrappers.) Each machine is even fork-lift portable from both the front and rear!

If the stretch wrap machine is lubricated periodically there are almost no mechanical failures. But, if there are, every part of a ROTOWrapper™ that wears (and every electrical component) is a commercially available part.

There are no proprietary electronics in any ROTOWrapper™ stretch wrap machines. This is a Omron PLC controlled piece of equipment that virtually ANY electrician can troubleshoot and repair.

If you are the repairman, and not an electrician, or mechanically inclined, our factory " help" personnel will answer your questions and provide help. For 27 years they have been talking non-technical people thru troubleshooting and repairs.

You do not need to purchase repair parts from us to receive our help. We do maintain a healthy supply of both mechanical and electrical parts, but you do not need to come to us to keep your ROTOWrapper™ pallet wrappers running; virtually ALL parts are immediately available in any medium-sized city. We expect you to purchase parts locally.
